Thanksgiving Speed, Strength and Agility Workshop

Fastpitch Nation is once again partnering with Fast Lane Sports Performance Training to provide Speed, Strength and Agility training for softball and baseball players. This 3-hour clinic s for high school and middle school players, will be provided by Fast Lane owner Gino Caro, a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer and Speed Coach. This workshop will be held at FPN's business partner, Next Level Fitness, 31 Tobey Rd., Bloomfield, CT. This is an incredible facility with the latest equipment for Speed, Strength and Agility. This clinic will cover:

First step quickness
Acceleration
Foot Speed
Change of Direction
Strength and core training
Correct Running Form
Speed Drills
Flexibility
and more

Saturday, Nov. 26 from 12-3pm

Cost is $67.50 for members and $75 for non-members.
